ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS
RESCHEDULED

The Annual Meeting of Members scheduled on May 8th had to be canceled because we did not have a quorum. There were 109 members in good standing as of May 8th, and we needed 10% or 11 to hold the meeting. Only 8 members were in attendance and 2 proxies were presented.

Following AAAGW Bylaws, the Annual Meeting of Members has been rescheduled to take place on Sunday June 5, 2011 from 11:00am to 02:00pm at the Bethesda Community Center, 4805 Edgemoor Lane, Bethesda, Maryland (conveniently located across the street from the Bethesda Metro station). 

Your participation in this meeting is important. This is the opportunity for our members to help shape the future and direction of AAAGW. During the meeting, the Board of Directors will go over the Annual Report and give you a chance to ask for any clarification. In addition, the Board of Directors will be listening to your suggestions and recommendations to establish new goals for next year. Finally, we will elect new members to serve on the Board of Directors.
